Characteristic:

Colour:blue

Solid contents:36%~39%

Viscidity before sensitize :14000~16000cps(In 25 room temperature )

Preservation period before sensitize :one year

Preservation period after sensitize: 6 days (in about 5~15refrigerator)

Method:

1.component of diazonium emuslion: emulsion 1000gdiazonium sensibilizer 3~5g +water 50~100ml. First mixing the diazonium sensibilizer into water, after dissolve then mix into emulsion.

(P.S. don't use hot water,use distilled water. And don't use metal container,and metal stick when mixing)

Pls mix the emulsion and diazonium solution completely, in order not with bubble,pls stay one day and use polyester mesh (250 mesh count )to print.
